Deleting a Flow:

    1.    Go to the Flow Hub

    •    Navigate to the Flow Hub and select the flow you want to delete.

    2.    Open the Flow

    •    Inside the flow, look for the Brief Section.

    3.    Access the Options Menu

    •    In the top-right corner, click on the three dots (⋮).

    4.    Select Delete Flow

    •    From the dropdown menu, choose Delete Flow.

    5.    Permissions Required for Deletion

    •    To delete a flow, you must have the right permissions.

    •    Creators, admins, workspace owners, or users with admin rights can delete flows.

Archiving Instead of Deleting:

    •    If you don’t want to delete a flow entirely, you can mark it as complete.

    •    Marking a flow as complete will archive it, so it’s no longer active but still available for reference.

This feature gives you the flexibility to manage flows without losing any information permanently.
