When chatting with clients or teammates, sometimes it is easiest to get your point across using a voice memo. You can send voice memos with Flozyin a few simple steps.

1. First, navigate to your chat window. Chat windows exist in many places across the AgenciFlow platform, but the interface for each chat is the same.

2. In the bottom right corner, select the microphone icon.

3. You may see a pop up window asking for permission to use your microphone. Select allow.

4. Upon clicking the microphone icon, you will see the following interface while your voice memo is being recorded. You can select the stop icon to stop your voice memo or the trash can icon to delete your voice memo.

5. When you are satisfied with your voice memo select the stop icon. From here, you can select the play button to listen to your voice memo, the trash can icon to delete your voice memo, or the arrow icon to send your voice memo.
