Step 1: Create a New Onboarding Funnel

    1.    Go to the Funnel Section from the dashboard.

    2.    Click the plus button in the top-right corner to create a new funnel.

    3.    Name your funnel (e.g., “Client Onboarding”) and click Create.

Step 2: Set Up the Proposal

    1.    Choose your proposal:

    •    Use a blank page to upload your own proposal.

    •    Or select a template provided by Flozy.

    2.    Customize your proposal:

    •    Edit colors, backgrounds, and upload your logo.

    •    Ensure the buttons link to the next step:

    •    Click Settings, select Next Step in the link options, and click Save.

    •    Repeat this process for every button on the page (e.g., “Start Work”).

Step 3: Set Up the Contract

    1.    Choose your contract:

    •    Use a blank page to upload your own contract.

    •    Or select a template from Flozy (e.g., “Marketing Service”).

    2.    Customize your contract:

    •    Pre-fill fields like your business name, title, and signature to avoid manual entry later.

    •    Leave changeable fields (like the date) blank.

    3.    Save your contract, and it will be ready to send to prospects for signing.

Step 4: Add the Invoice

    1.    Choose your invoice:

    •    Select an existing invoice if it’s a service you offer frequently.

    •    Or create a new invoice specific to this client.

    2.    For reusability, create a public invoice that isn’t tied to any particular client.

    3.    Save the invoice for use in your onboarding funnel.

Step 5: Set Up Client Invitations

    1.    At the end of the onboarding funnel, clients will reach a welcome page with your business name and logo.

    2.    You have two options for adding clients:

    •    Duplicate a client space: Create a private space for each client.

    •    Add a client to an existing space: (Not recommended unless it’s intentional to share the same space.)

    3.    Select a client space template that matches your service.

    •    This ensures every new client space is pre-configured, saving time.

    •    You can further customize the space for each specific client.

Step 6: Save and Publish the Onboarding Funnel

    1.    Review your onboarding steps to ensure everything is linked and customized.

    2.    Click Save to finalize each step.

    3.    Once satisfied, publish your onboarding funnel to make it live.

Congratulations!

Your onboarding funnel is now ready. Each time a new client is onboarded, they’ll experience a smooth, professional process customized to your business, with proposals, contracts, invoices, and client spaces seamlessly integrated.
