Step 1: Go to the Bookings Section

    •    Navigate to the Bookings section from the Flozy dashboard to start creating a new event.

Step 2: Create a New Event

    1.    Click the Plus Button in the top-right corner of the Bookings section.

    2.    Select Event Type: Choose One-on-One or another type of meeting.

    3.    Set the Event Name and Description:

    •    Name your event (e.g., “Intro Call”).

    •    Add a description to provide more details about the event.

Step 3: Add Host Details

    1.    Upload Your Profile Picture.

    2.    Enter Your Name, Title, and any other relevant information.

Step 4: Configure Appointment Settings

    1.    Set the Meeting Duration: Choose between 15, 30, or 60 minutes, or enter your preferred duration.

    2.    Select Meeting Type: Choose whether it will be:

    •    A web conference (e.g., Google Meet).

    •    A phone call.

    •    An in-person meeting.

    3.    Sync Your Google Calendar to ensure accurate scheduling.

Step 5: Set Your Availability

    1.    Select the Days and Times You’re Available:

    •    Example: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

    2.    Set Your Time Zone: Flozy automatically adjusts the times for invitees in different time zones.

    •    For example, if you’re in Eastern Europe and sending to someone in Australia, the times will display correctly for them.

Step 6: Adjust Event Settings

    1.    Buffer Time: Add buffer time before or after meetings to avoid running late.

    2.    Minimum Notice: Set a minimum scheduling notice (e.g., 24 hours for preparation).

    3.    Daily Limit: Limit the number of events per day (e.g., max 3 sales calls).

    4.    Time Intervals:

    •    Example: If available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, set 15-minute intervals (9:00, 9:15, 9:30, etc.) or 30-minute intervals (9:00, 9:30, 10:00, etc.).

    5.    Advanced Booking Limit: Limit how far in advance invitees can book (e.g., no more than 3 days ahead to reduce no-shows).

Step 7: Set Notifications and Reminders

    1.    Confirmation Emails:

    •    Customize the text for confirmation emails after booking.

    •    Include options for cancellations and rescheduling.

    2.    Reminder Emails:

    •    Example: Send reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before the event.

    3.    Follow-Up Emails:

    •    Optionally send a follow-up email after the call has been completed.

Step 8: Save and Share Your Booking Link

    1.    Once you’re satisfied with the setup, click Save.

    2.    Copy the Booking Link and send it to your invitees.

Step 9: Manage Scheduled Events

    •    In the Scheduled Events section, view and manage your upcoming meetings.

    •    Update the status of events as:

    •    Call Confirmed

    •    Call Done

    •    No-Show

With these steps, you can create customized booking links for different types of meetings.
