How to Publish a Document Online and Share It Outside Your Flozy Workspace

1.    Locate the Document:

    •    Go to the Brain section or open the document you want to share from within your Flows or Clients.

    2.    Click the Send Arrow:

    •    In the top-right corner, click on the Send arrow icon.

    3.    Enable “Share to Web”:

    •    Toggle on the Share to Web option to make the document accessible online.

    4.    Copy and Share the Link:

    •    Once enabled, copy the link provided and share it with as many people as needed.

This feature makes it easy to collaborate with others outside of your Flozy workspace by providing them with direct access to the document.
