To set up automatic mail configuration in Flozy, ensure you use the correct SMTP and IMAP details for your email provider. For example:
- Gmail: SMTP server smtp.gmail.com, port 587, encryption TLS.
- Zoho: SMTP server smtp.zoho.com, port 465, encryption SSL.
Double-check your credentials and settings.
Note:
For Outlook SMTP, if you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account, you will need to use an App Password instead of your regular email password.
To create an **App Password
Go to your Microsoft Account Security Settings. Under "App passwords", select Create a new app password. Use this new app password in your email client's SMTP settings. If you don't have 2FA enabled, just use your regular email password.
- If you don’t have 2FA enabled: Use your regular email password.
